Policy
Try Policy- You place order at CurlingStopwatch.com and we will send you confirmation of the order. We will then contact you and agree on the full details of purchase.
- You then send us a payment of the full amount (Device full price and delivery price).
- After we receive your payment, we will send you your device to the address mentioned in the order
- After we receive delivery confirmation from our delivery company, we will assume that you have started to use it the very next day after the delivery confirmation date.
- If during first two weeks after receive date you decide that you want to return your Curl+Ray, first send e-mail to ray@curlplus.com and describe the reason why you want to return the product or why you don't like Curl+Ray.
- If our specialists cannot help you to resolve your problem, we will accept your return. You have to ship the stopwatch back to us no later than 3-days after we confirm the return. Otherwise, each day of delay will be added to your period of use. If it exceeds the 2-week period, then see our Rental Policy.
- You will order a return delivery to our address and you will pay for this delivery yourself.
- After we will receive the stopwatch, we will test it. If it appears to be broken, not by fault of the delivery company, and the damage is not covered by the warranty, any repair costs will be deducted from your return payment.
- After we have examined the stopwatch, we will send you an e-mail that explains any sum that we will deduct from your payment if the device has been damaged during use, as well as the total sum that you will be receiving.
- You will then receive your returned payment within 3 working days.

- After we will receive the stopwatch, we will test it. If it will appear broken, and it is not by fault of the delivery company, and the damage is not covered by a warranty, all repair costs will be deducted from your return payment.
- We will calculate the cost of rent, which is calculated in the following way: amount of days you used device, divided on 30 (if result is less than 1 we round it up to 1) times EUR 50.
- After we have examined the product, we will send you an e-mail with the sum that we will deduct if the device was damaged during use, the cost of your rental and the total return sum.
- You will then receive your returned payment within 3 working days.
Warranty Policy- The Curl+Ray warranty is valid for 1-year starting from the moment we receive delivery confirmation from our delivery company.
- If during the first year of use you found that Curl+Ray does not work in the way you had expected, then first send an e-mail to ray@curlplus.com and describe your problem or question.
- Upon your request, our specialists will classify your problem and will try to find an acceptable solution if possible.
- If our specialists cannot help you to resolve your problem, we will confirm your return and provide you with the return details
- You will have to order a return delivery to our address and you will pay for delivery yourself.
- After we will receive the stopwatch, we will test it to find out if any damage is covered by our warranty. This examination might take up to one month.
- After this examination is be complete, we will send you our conclusion and if your damage is covered by warranty, we will send you a working device back (repair might take up to one month if all required components are in stock). If this examination shows that your damage is not covered by warranty, then we will charge you for any repair costs that have been incurred.
- You will have 3 working days after receipt of an email from us to confirm or reject any repairs that are not covered by warranty.
- If you reject these repairs, we will send you your device back within 5 working days after the rejection was sent. You will be charged for return delivery by our delivery company.
- If you confirm the repairs, you will have to send us payment for the repair costs within 3 days of your confirmation.
- After this payment is received, we will repair your device and send you your device back after it is fixed, within 5 working days. You will be charged for return delivery by our delivery company.
